Dr. Weixiao Liu

Dr. Weixiao Liu is CEO of netElastic Systems. Weixiao brings more than 20 years of experience leading and managing organizations in the development of enterprise and carrier-grade software solutions.

Prior to joining netElastic, Weixiao was Director of Engineering at iDirect, where he was responsible for product development and innovation that helped iDirect triple revenue to over $300 million. Prior to iDirect, Weixiao worked as a Senior Engineer at Thomson Silicon Components, leading their global research efforts.

Weixiao received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master’s degree in Physics from Miami University.

David Williams

Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing
David Williams is Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, where he is responsible for all company growth initiatives.

David brings over 20 years of executive experience in telecom and technology services. Prior to netElastic, he was President of a managed network and security services provider where he led his division to record growth, innovation, and a profitable sale to a larger carrier. David also helped build two startups from early stage to successful exits, energized and grew mature businesses, and has scaled companies organically and through successful M&A strategies.

David has a degree in computer science and business from California State University, Chico.

Kerry Zhang

Principal Solutions Architect
As one of netElastic’s first employees, Kerry helped drive technology innovation and product initiatives, and delivered technology for existing and future product platforms.

As Principal Solutions Architect, Kerry is responsible for analyzing customer needs and translating that into product development and technology roadmaps.

Kerry received a Master’s degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Science & Technology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Shanghai, China.
